1a. We are not responsible for any server downtime, we try our best to maintain 100% uptime however we can’t gurantee no downtime. We do pledge to always update our servers with the latest patches, always run updates, add ram and hard drive space when needed and always plan for future growth to ensure quality of service.

2a. We are not responsible for any lost files regardless of the loss of files/data being due to an issue with our equipment. We encourage that youn run weekly or monthly backups of your data to ensure no important files are lost in the event of natural disaster, fire, or any other reason.

3a. Our prices are in USD and all sales are final. We bill on a monthly basis and require atleast 14 days notice for server cancellations.

4a. For our Unlimited Data Plans, we do reserve the right to restrict use if the unlimited transfer is abused, we ask that you ensure all content on your website is legal, non-hate, non copywrighted material to prevent abuse of service as this is our policy for every Business Hosting plan we have and could result in us shutting down your service.
