Answer:
The servers we host every Business Website on are a located in Tampa, Florida at a state of the art data center.

Question:
How do I login to my business hosting control panel?
Answer:
For your master website you signed up for with our Business Hosting plan you need to enter example.com:2222 (replace example.com with your website name and domain extension) and login using the username and password we emailed you within 24 hours of account sign up.

Question:
I just signed up for a Business Hosting account for my website and I haven’t receiving my setup or login details, is there a problem?
Answer:
Our average activation time is within 1 hour however we can take up to 24 hours depending on server stock and other factors.

Question:
What payment methods do you accept and how does your billing work ?
Answer:
All our billing is done on a monthly basis, we may have discounted packages for long term plans eventually however we’re so confident in our Business Hosting packages we don’t need you to rush into a commitment with contracts. Our payments are via PayPal Subscriptions and 2checkout currently and the billing occurs automatically each month unless service is canceled.
